Performance Training



Advance registration on the Exeter Fieldhouse app (a free download from your smartphone’s app store) or online is required for each class.

Registration for Sport Velocity is CLOSED until our next session.


Class descriptions:

  • Sport VELOCITY – Ages 9-13 and 14-18
    Overseen by Nate Taylor, a doctor of physical therapy with a concentration in preventing injuries in athletes, and led by Clarence Curry, a former NFL and arena league football player, VELOCITY focuses on the development of linear speed, speed development, change of direction and agility in athletes. All classes are held at the Exeter Fieldhouse. 
  • Sport POWER – Ages 9-13 and 14-18
    Developed by Nate Taylor, who is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and certified athletic trainer, POWER focuses on the development of strength and explosive power in athletes to elevate their game. All classes are held at Valhalla Health & Fitness.

Payment options:

  • Drop in: $20 per class
  • 10-pack: $150 
  • 3-week session: $75


Taylored Performance Training also offers the following seasonally or upon request:

  • Sport-Specific Conditioning Camps – Ages 14+
    Developed by Nate Taylor, these pre-season camps run 6 weeks prior to a season’s start to condition the athlete for the sport-specific demands of their sport. Unlike skills training, performance training enables the athlete to be at his or her physical best to prevent injury and to be in peak conditioning at the start of the season. All classes are held at the Exeter Fieldhouse.

    • Pre-season conditioning is now available for winter and spring sports.
    • Sessions are run in conjunction with our other classes according to the schedule above.
    • Athletes can choose to drop in for $20 per class, purchase a 10-pack for $150, or purchase the entire session for $199. To register for a single class, 10 classes or the 6-week session, please click here.
  • Solo or Team Training
    Taylored Performance Training will design a program specifically around you or your team’s needs to maximize physical ability essential to your sport while improving team dynamics. All classes are held at the Exeter Fieldhouse, and pricing is customized based upon the program’s design.
